His path to entrepreneurship began humbly as a bartender at a smoothie bar, where his early love for food and business ignited into a bold ambition to create something exceptional. Through a combination of creativity, strategy, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, he transformed Burgrill into a brand that redefines the burger experience.
Shreh’s academic journey commenced at Springdales School and led him to Oxford Brookes University, where he earned a BSc in Hospitality and Restaurant Management. It was here that his fascination with the food and beverage industry blossomed, inspired by global icons like McDonald’s, whose ability to deliver consistency and scalability across borders left a lasting impression on him.
His professional journey began as a bartender at Aloha, a smoothie bar in Delhi, quickly expanding during an industrial training stint at Radisson Edwardian in London, where he refined his understanding of hospitality’s finer nuances. Fueled by a desire to create something of his own, Shreh launched a café in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and through relentless dedication, scaled it to three successful outlets.
After a brief interlude in his family’s business across packaging, pharmaceuticals, and solar panels, Shreh’s heart led him back to his first love—the food and beverage industry. In 2015, he took over London Grill and, within a year, laid the foundation for Burgrill, born from his keen observation of a market gap between mass-market and premium burgers, creating a new ‘mass premium’ category.
Today, Shreh leads Burgrill with brilliance, focusing on new product development, marketing, and operations while assembling exceptional talent. Collaborating with celebrity chefs and devising innovative campaigns reflects his unique ability to blend strategy with creativity, a cornerstone of his success.
His current obsession with coffee has inspired plans to launch a coffee shop, a space that embodies passion, innovation, and an unparalleled customer experience. For Shreh, work-life balance is a blend of inspiration and adventure. Exploring global cuisines and cultures fuels his creativity, while activities like scuba diving push him out of his comfort zone, refreshing his perspective. This combination of professional curiosity and personal resilience drives him to take on new challenges.
