LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® or LSP Might Seem Something Exotic, But LSP is for Everyone
While the premium aspect that surrounds LSP might seem exotic and expensive, I’d say once you experience it, you’ll know how LSP is for everyone. It’s a beautiful form of expressing yourselves, doesn’t involve building skills (you just need to know to assemble the bricks), it’s language fluid, reflective and highly immersive. You’d wonder ‘How did I do it?’ The brain and the hands have a connection, and the process elicits the subconscious thoughts and qualities that you didn’t know lie within you, for you to put them to good use, and for your enhancement and benefit.
How can we get more people experience this amazing process?

Make the unknown more known!
Conduct more workshops, and involve more people in every workshop. Create awareness on the process, its existence, and benefits. Nothing beats hands on experience!

Make the LSP Kits Available
The L in LSP stands for Lego, and many would think that the LSP kits would be easily available in any of the Lego stores around the world. But the reality is very different. LSP kits aren’t widely available in Lego stores/outlets. The more such kits are found in Lego stores, the more the number of people who’d know about LSP, considering the palpable interest in anything Lego.

It’s Time to Look Beyond Corporates
LSP is for everyone, says it all. Don’t restrict LSP to corporates. It’s time to take it to the other sectors as well.

Conduct Theme-Based Workshops
Theme based workshops for different ages and stages of life can prove to be a winner. That way we’d be able to reach a diverse set of audience, and help them tell their stories, and sum up their learnings.

Talk More for Everyone to Know More
The more we talk about LSP on all forms of media be it through social media, forums, podcasts, videos, etc. the more attention the topic gets. There isn’t much being talked about LSP at present, not as much as a property as beneficial as LSP deserves.

Share Experiences
Let participants speak not only during the workshops, but even beyond them. Each experience is unique, every story is unique, and it’s time to tell more people about the experience. Let you participants be the LSP Advocates!
I’m sure once the process begins, there won’t be any stopping it, and people are going to love and appreciate it, just the way so many have, so far, and will continue to. It’s time to accelerate the process.
