We, at SocioSpiel are always curious to know more about such thoughtful and meaningful initiatives. So, presenting Stuti Jalan, up close and personal with SocioSpiel.
SocioSpiel: What was the inspiration for founding WIN?
Stuti: WIN started during the pandemic, a time when the world was going through the century’s biggest crisis. We saw it as an opportunity to bring together women leaders and change-makers to a space where women leaders could share their stories, struggles, and success. What began as a single conversation quickly evolved into a significant movement. Today, over 80 women leaders are part of WIN. We run podcasts (WIN Voices), panels (WIN Lounge), and summits (WIN Talks) to share inspiring voices from across the world. Our goal has always been clear: to build a community where we can pay it forward.
SocioSpiel: Could you share some anecdotes that still tell you that WIN had to be created?
Stuti: Many small moments show us why WIN matters. After a talk on entrepreneurship, a young founder told us she felt confident to start pitching her business after hearing another woman leader’s victory. During Climate Week, people found mentors and partners through WIN panels. At Cannes 2025, leaders appreciated the real, honest conversations at our WIN Lounge. These stories remind us that WIN is a living network that creates opportunities and hope.
SocioSpiel: What keeps WIN alive?
Stuti: It’s the energy of our community and the change we are driving. In the past year alone, we hosted over 200 talks and panels at top global events such as Davos, Climate Week, and Cannes Lions. Our WIN Voices podcast has grown to 35+ powerful episodes, featuring inspiring leaders such as Kalyani Saha, Shaifalika Panda, Sonam Kalra, Harpriya Bains, Sanya Dawar, and Harpreet Suri—sharing amazing ideas, personal journeys, and game-changing insights.
SocioSpiel: Among all the achievements, what has been the path-changing one?
Stuti: One of our biggest achievements is hosting WIN Lounges at Davos and Cannes 2025. These events have given women leaders a voice on global platforms to discuss key themes like sustainability, AI, design, generational health and wealth, GLI, and leadership. At Davos 2025, we hosted talks with Cherie Blair, Smriti Irani, and Shobana Kamineni. At Cannes, WIN Lounge highlighted inclusive creativity and innovation. These events transformed WIN into a recognized global network driving change.
SocioSpiel: Where do you envisage WIN in the next 5 years?
Stuti: We envision WIN expanding to new global hubs like the UAE, Singapore, and London, while staying rooted in India. We aim to deepen our work in key areas shaping the future—fintech, generative AI, culture, and sustainability. WIN Talks and WIN Voices will amplify more stories, reach wider audiences, and give leaders an even bigger stage.
In the next five years, WIN will evolve into a true global connector—bringing together changemakers, mentors, and collaborators to drive meaningful projects. Our vision is clear: to build a lasting movement where stories, mentorship, and partnerships fuel inclusive, transformative conversations.
SocioSpiel: Any message for the women out there who are forming allies and self-help groups for different causes?
Stuti: The biggest change happens when women come together. Building allies and support groups helps turn small stories into big movements. WIN itself is built on the idea of helping others and sharing what we learn. We see how mentorship, networking, and collective voices create a ripple effect. My message is simple: keep coming together, supporting each other, and sharing your voices. Because when we unite for a cause, we don’t just change our own lives — we help create a better, fairer future for everyone!
